Contract with Microsoft and GitHub

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear ICL,

Recently, Prof Ferguson and his team at the MRC Centre have released the source code that led to some of their epidemiological modeling advice.

Ahead of this release, they secured the help of Microsoft and/or GitHub (a Microsoft subsidiary).

I wish to get a copy of:
* the contract(s);
* the tender process(es) leading to the contract(s);
* any email exchange(s) that preceded the signature of those contracts that involved Prof Ferguson, and at least one of GitHub or Microsoft, regardless of the field in which any of those actors appeared ("From", "To", "Cc", "Bcc").

I have been told through a GitHub issue that it would be best to ask Imperial ( https://github.com/mrc-ide/covid-sim/iss... ) through regular channels.

Sincerely yours,
Paul-Olivier Dehaye
