FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST X04-214

We refer to your email dated 23 May 2018 which contained a request for
information as set out in italics below. Following consideration of your
request, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I respond
to each point as follows:

Request you to please provide me with the latest Contract Register of
Bridgend County Borough Council.

I am not able to find the information so that I can download the list in a
CSV file . I would like to have a list of the Council's latest contracts
register which will include the Council's current contracts. In that list,
I need the information, like the contract title, start date, end date,
extension month (if any), contract value, supplier name. Request you to
please forward a list of a latest Contract Register.

Please see attached spreadsheet.  Please note that where there are
contract values of £0 listed, this is due to framework agreements and/or
new contracts where it is difficult to fully establish accurate values.

Please also note the corporate contracts register does not include low
value spend where quotes/tenders have not been conducted.

Bridgend County Borough Council utilise the etenderwales portal to manage
the Corporate Contracts Register - this is not available to the public as
it is a 'live' system. The Council are however currently working on the
external procurement web page which will include a monthly updated
Corporate Contracts Register.
