I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Environmental Asset and Street Works Management System (EAMS):

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Please note this is a contract and not a framework agreement. The ‘open’
tender procedure was used, meaning there was only a single stage. The
suppliers who submitted tenders for this contract were: 

 

·         ECCs Ltd 

·         Symology Ltd 

·         Yotta 

 

The successful bidder was Yotta. 

 

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start
of the contract to the current date  

 

£557,503.58 (excluding VAT) 

 

Start date & duration of framework/contract? 

 

Start date: 16^th October 2017  

Duration: 5 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years 

 

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given
to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension? 

 

Yes, the Council may extend the contract by up to 2 years beyond the
expiry of the initial term. 

 

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed? 

 

No, the Council has not yet decided whether to extend or renew. 

 

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
