Q1. What computer software are you using for Highways Maintenance,
Works Ordering and Inspections, how much are you paying per year,
how many users are you licensed for, is this provided as Managed
Service and is there a fixed length associated with your current
contractual arrangements, if so when?

Q2. What computer software are you using for Street Lighting
Management, how much are you paying per year, how many users are
you licensed for, is this provided as a Managed Service and is
there a fixed length associated with your current contractual
arrangements, if so when?

Q3. What computer software are you using for UKPMS, how much are
you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is this
provided as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length
associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

Q4. What computer software are you using for Street Works, how much
are you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for is
this provided as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length

Thank you for your correspondence received on 12 March 2018. In response
to your request I can now provide the following information. 

Q1. What computer software are you using for Highways Maintenance, Works
Ordering and Inspections, how much are you paying per year, how many users
are you licensed for, is this provided as Managed Service and is there a
fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so
when?

Not using any software at present.

Q2. What computer software are you using for Street Lighting Management,
how much are you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is
this provided as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated
with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

We are currently using Bentley/Exor software but are in the process of
migrating to a new contract with Yotta /Alloy software to manage our
Street lighting service which will be a Yotta managed service

We are looking to have 10 back office users and 6 mobile users.

Final cost for this are unavailable at present as the initial upfront
costs and annual fees will be dependent on the amount of modules  and
licences we will need and agree to purchase.

Q3. What computer software are you using for UKPMS, how much are you
paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is this provided as
a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated with your current
contractual arrangements, if so when?

We utilise the services of Yotta to process our UKPMS data using their
MARCH PMS system. The costs vary year on year depending on the type of
surveys we wish carried out along with length of network to be surveyed
and type/number of reports to be produced.

Service is currently provided through a north east regional framework
contract due to finish on 31^st March 2019.

 

Q4. What computer software are you using for Street Works, how much are
you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for is this provided
as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated with your
current contractual arrangements, if so when?

We are currently using Bentley/Exor software but are in the process of

No proprietary software used, therefore no costs, licenses etc. currently
use excel spreadsheets, HMEP toolkits (available free of charge)
