In light of an investigation into DARD Central Investigation Service in July 2010 by the DARD Permanent Secretary Gerry Lavery and Deloitte, and the findings of corruption and improper conduct by [Potentially defamatory material removed] Mr
[Potentially defamatory material removed], can you confirm what action if any DCAL has taken in regard to the continued use of the DARD Central Investigation Service?

regard to the continued use of the DARD Central Investigation Service?
 
Your request does not seek any recorded information and therefore it has
not been treated as an FOI within the Department.  However please find
response to your question.
 
Fraud investigations conducted on DCAL and its Arms Length Bodies behalf
are subject to a service level agreement between the Department and DARD
Central Investigation Service. The Department is content with the quality
of service that it receives under the terms of the service level
agreement.
