Dear Sirs

Please can you provide under the Freedom of Information Act a copy of any Call Off Contracts entered into by your organisation with Capita Business Services Limited, Brook Street (UK) Limited and Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited for the provision of services under the Contingent Labour ONE framework (RM960).

For the avoidance of doubt, I am interested in any master agreements signed with Capita, Brook Street and Hays and not agreements for the provision of individual contractors.

To avoid any concerns about Data Protection, please feel free to redact the Contact Reference, Account Manager and the Key Personnel from section 3.1.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Yours faithfully

Alan Jones

Dear Sirs

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy's handling of my FOI request 'Contingent Labour ONE call off contracts'.

I asked for details of the master agreement entered into with the CL1 suppliers by your department. In response, you have pointed me to the generic CL1 call off contracts published by CCS. However, this does not answer my request. In order to use CL1 you will need to have entered into a specific master call off agreement with the suppliers, for example this is the one entered into by HM Treasury: https://data.gov.uk/data/contracts-finde...

This shows a number of pieces of information missing from the generic versions, such as your specific commencement date and expiry date.

Please can you locate the SPECIFIC call off contracts entered in by DWP with the CL1 suppliers and send these, or a link to where these are stored on data.gov.uk.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Alan Jones

Dear Sirs

It has now been 8 weeks since my original FOI request and I am still waiting for a response to this. As I indicated previously, the Information Commissioner expects most internal reviews to be completed in 20 working days, and allows up to 40 in the case of complex requests. This is not a complex request and therefore I am struggling to see why you have not been able to process this within the 20 day limit.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Jones

Dear Sirs

Thank you for supplying the missing documents.

On the Capita Extension document at paragraph 3, you have redacted the signature details under section 40 which is fine. However, you have also redacted the date of signature on these documents which clearly is not covered by Section 40. Please can you confirm the date of signature on this document by BEIS and by Capita so I can close this request.

Many thanks

Alan Jones
