September 2015 Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
merged with West Middlesex University Hospital so our response will
include information for both trusts. There is no need to send in a

Please note that Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
merged with West Middlesex University Hospital in September 2015, for this
reason our response covers both sites.

There is no contract in place.

 2. How long is the contract and when is it due for renewal?

N/A 

3. How much is the Home Delivery Contract worth?

N/A 

4. How many community continence patients are there in the Trust? 

We are unable to provide this information without exceeding the time limit
for FOI.

5. How many own home and residential home are patients are there in the
Trust?  

This would be a moving figure.  It is estimated that there are in excess
of 30 patients - from nursing or residential homes in the wards at any one
time at West Middlesex University Hospital and similar figures for Chelsea
and Westminster Hospital.

6. Where is the Continence Service based?
