I am writing in response to your request for information (ref EIR
5447275).

 

The relevant Council Service(s) has searched for the requested information
and our response is as follows.

                                  

The information you have requested is exempt under Section 12 sub 4 (d) of
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as it is materials still in
the course of completion.

 

Officers intend to present the results of the October – November 2019
consultation on the Mayoral Challenge Fund (MCF) proposals and associated
recommendations to the January Committee cycle. This will include a full
report on the results of the consultation including numbers of responses
to the questions asked and summaries of comments made. There will be
analyses including Officer responses on comments received and
recommendations as to next steps. The reports will go to the appropriate
Area Committees for recommendations before being taken to the Cabinet
Member for Economy and Regeneration for approval.

The relevant Council Service(s) has searched for the requested information
and our response is as follows.

 

Please make available the consultation responses (anonymised as necessary)
for the Hazel Grove Links  MCF scheme, as collected in October and
November 2019. If this information is held, please also provide the
council response.

 

The information you have requested is exempt under Section 12 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 as the cost of complying would exceed the
‘appropriate cost limit’ of 18 hours.

The request for all responses to be provided would mean redacting
approximately 1000 responses (for the entire consultation) and typing up
of hard copy responses for anonymity. Assuming ten minutes per response
this would take approximately 167 hours to complete, or on average 21
hours per scheme.

 

Officers presented the results of the October – November 2019 consultation
on the Mayoral Challenge Fund (MCF) proposals and associated
recommendations to the January Committee cycle. This included a full
report on the results of the consultation including the numbers of
responses to the questions asked and summaries of all comments made with
respect to each scheme. Officer responses to comments and recommendations
as to next steps were also included.
