Dear Mr Rush,

Freedom of Information Request re 2018/Foi/1054

The information you requested is as follows:

This has not produced a report as such, it is ongoing support for the Council's 'Customer First' transformation programme over a 20 month period, based on Ignite's 'Future Model'. This is explained in the attached Committee report and appendix. The purpose of this programme is to redesign services to put the customer at the heart of everything we do, and to drive efficiencies to make savings. It is underpinned by new technology.

2. The Council have set aside up to £496,000 for Ignite support over that 20 month period.
