Thanks for your prompt initial reply.

We are aware that the property may be of Non Traditional construction and wish to determine by which method?

We have the information that the main walls are of "concrete" construction and we need to determine which type e.g. poured in-situ, Pre-cast or other? Such properties may have a particular name like "Wimpey, No--Fines, or Laing", this will determine its eligibility for mortgage lending.

Similar requests made to other Authorities have usually been answered by their building control or asset departments.

RFI: 7440 (CCC) Construction Method for 1 Hatherdene Close, Cambridge

Thank you for your request for information above, which we have considered
under the access to information provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

We have searched our property terrier and we can confirm that this
property was never owned by the Council. The planning record shows that
the permission for construction was given between 1968 and 1971, meaning
that the construction of this property was likely to be over 15 years ago.
Given this we would not hold this information as part of the Building
Control records. We therefore ascertain the Council does not hold the
information you seek.
