Request for Information – Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
I refer to your e-mail of 15^th May 2019, in which you request under the
terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, certain
information in connection with current constitution for Charity number
280140 – Sheepscombe Village Hall.
I write to advise that Ayrshire Valuation Joint Board does not hold any
information whatsoever relating to Sheepscombe Village Hall, their
constitution and/or their charitable registration. Accordingly I am not in
a position to supply the requested information.
As required by the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would
advise you that if you are dissatisfied with the way in which this request
has been dealt with you may apply to have this decision reviewed as
detailed within Section 20 of the Act. In order to do this you must apply
to the Assessor, in writing or other permanent means, stating your contact
details, your request and the reason why you are dissatisfied. Any such
application must be made within 40 working days of receipt of this notice.
Should you remain dissatisfied following such a review then you are
entitled to appeal, within the terms of section 47(1) of the Act, to the
Freedom of Information Commissioner for a decision by the Commissioner.
