Dear Sussex Police,

It has come to my attention that Police Enquiry Officer Gary Foster who was under investigation for theft of multiple victims money at the Brighton front counter has been allowed to quietly resign and avoid prosecution in a deal that you have made with both bin and local south east CPS.

From my records Gary Foster resigned in this deal on Thursday the 12th August 2021.

I would be most grateful as a matter of public record as to whether you could confirm this please?
