Confirm which Coroner's Area/ Authority had the legal jurisdiction of Carmel Bloom's September 2016 Inquest, held in Royal Court of Justice, Strand, London.

The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.

MR BERNARD BLOOM

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please unequivocally confirm, 'which Coroner's Court Area' had legal jurisdiction of Carmel Bloom's September 2016 Inquest (held in Royal Court Justice, Strand, London) presided by Appointed deputy Asst. Coroner Karon Monaghan QC, following the High Court's 17 July 2014 quashing of of 2005 Inquest verdict at LBHF West London Coroner's Court.

Since 30 September 2020, both West London and the Inner West London Coroners Courts deny they had or have jurisdiction of Carmel Bloom's 2016 Inquest.
This is despite Karon Monaghan QC being appointed by and holding the 2016 Inquest's Pre-Inquest Review at the West London Coroner's Court and subsequently signing documentation as 'West London Area', below her signature.

I have recently requested this information from Chief Coroner Thomas Teague QC, but incomprehensively, he claims he is completely unable to assist me with this basic information.
The Chief Coroner sat with Judge Sir John Mitting QC, when I won my 2014 High Court Appeal, when a new Inquest was ordered.

Please provide me with this basic fundamental information regarding this public inquisition.

Yours faithfully,

Bernard S Bloom
P.s
I am also a legally interested party in this matter with custody of my late sister's Inquest.
