At a meeting of the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority's (MFRA's) Scrutiny Committee held on the 19th February 2020, agenda item 2 was a confidential report of the Acting Monitoring Officer.

This request is for (to be provided electronically) a copy of:-

i) the confidential report of MFRA's Acting Monitoring Officer to councillors on MFRA's Scrutiny Committee,
ii) the draft minutes of the whole of the meeting of MFRA's Scrutiny Committee held on the 19th February 2020 and
iii) the "written summary of the proceedings or the part, as the case may be, which provides such a record without disclosing the exempt information." of the proper officer (or Acting proper officer" as outlined in s.100C(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 as it relates to agenda item 2 at the MFRA Scrutiny Committee of the 19th February 2020
