Dear Scottish Government,

I am asking you for the different funding streams. So I can’t narrow the scope about something I don’t know.

Freedom of information is available for people like me to find out such information.

Yours faithfully,

SJ Kerr

Dear Scottish Government,

Can you confirm you have received my response to your request for clarification.

Dear Scottish Government,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Scottish Government's handling of my FOI request 'Conditions of all Funding to Womans Aid'.

I am dissatisfied with your spurious upper limit cost exemption of £600 to retrieve the following information I requested:

2) Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate the exact criteria that is required from Womans Aid appertaining to each payment from the public purse?

4) Please also state what professional standards and quality assurance reporting is required to comply with the quality of training, this is to ensure the you are provided VfM whilst not cutting back on Quality.

As you have provided the actual costs as requested at point 1, therefore you have already accessed the location within your eRDM records management system where this information would be held, therefore the cost to locate and retrieve this information in real cash terms will be no where near the £600 upper exemption fee.

Please now supply me with the information requested as it is the right of the public to have cognisance of what the amount of circa £6.04m from the public purse has been spent on, and whether the Scottish Government has obtained best VfM per the Scottish Public Finance manual which I provide the link to for your convenience here: https://www.gov.scot/publications/scotti...

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
