Dear Mr Carmel,

Please find the council's response attached, which we believed had been dispatched to you via this website on 15 June 2018.

The ICO has advised that this response was not being displayed.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. I would like to assure you that the council responded in good faith to the contact details you had provided, and were not aware that the response had not been made available.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southwark Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Conant House Boiler refurbishment Major Works Project 14/130'.

in this FOI I have asked for "copy of all documents you have in relation to the
design of the boiler house & the new water distribution systems. Any
consultation papers, drawings, recommendations you may have received from
a third -party, water-hardness testing if taken etc.

In short, please may I have a copy of all supporting documents you have
that have led you to choose this specific design of boiler & distributions
of hot and cold water."

Upon closer investigations, you have sent only the feasibility report carried out in January 2014.
The feasibility report may answer questions like "did the boiler plant needed refurbishment", but I didn't ask that.

We know that the scope of works has changed to include the boiler and burners that were not due for replacement initially. We know that a decision was taken to move away from gravity fed system, yet you have provided no information at all.

As the reply to this FOI has already been significantly delayed, I would appreciate it if you could kindly review this as a matter of priority.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southwark Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Conant House Boiler refurbishment Major Works Project 14/130'.
I have asked for :
1. Please provide a copy of all documents you have in relation to the design of the boiler house & the new water distribution systems. Any consultation papers, drawings, recommendations you may have received from a third -party, water-hardness testing if taken etc.
In short, please may I have a copy of all supporting documents you have that have led you to choose this specific design of boiler & distributions of hot and cold water throught.
2. Could you please highlight the benefits of such system over the one it replaced. If you have any financial projections that were taken at the time, or as such, it would be most helpful.

Question 1 - You have sent the feasibility report which I am grateful for. However for ALL information led to the design and more specifically asked for water testing results.
The account shows "Pre works noise test and system water composition check £1,379.31"
Please Kindly send this over .
Also may I have the minute of the walkabout meeting in Conant House on the 17th Feb: 2016

Question 2 - You have advised that at the time you had no projection or calculation. Please could you confirm again that this is correct or alternatively please provide the projections carried out.

Please also note this FOI was significantly delayed in the first place. Could you please treat this review with a sense of urgency for this reason. What I asked for was clear. I just failed to receive the information requested .

I appreciate your help
