In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
Please can you provide information on the following:

1. Does your NHS Trust use a computer assisted facilities management system?
2. If no, are there ongoing plans to purchase a computer assisted facilities management system in the future?
3. What is the name of the computer assisted facilities management system (product name) and which company is it purchased from?
4. Provide brief information on the process in use at the NHS Trust to manage reactive and planned maintenance work including how this is recorded and scheduled.
5. Value of the current contract, date of commencement and date of expiry.
6. Who is responsible for ensuring the computer assisted facilities management system meets the NHS Trust’s requirements?

 Concept Evolution – purchased from Concept

4.            Provide brief information on the process in use at the NHS
Trust to manage reactive and planned maintenance work including how this
is recorded and scheduled. 

               PPM through PPM planner on Concept production of electronic
task sheets, and Task sheets produced by the helpdesk and inputted by the
help desk again all electronic.

5.            Value of the current contract, date of commencement and date
of expiry.  2035

6.            Who is responsible for ensuring the computer assisted
facilities management system meets the NHS Trust’s requirements? Kier
Compliance Team

 

Peterborough PFI (Acute Building Peterborough)

 

1.            Does your NHS Trust use a computer assisted facilities
management system? Yes, under a PFI Contract

2.            If no, are there ongoing plans to purchase a computer
assisted facilities management system in the future? N/A

3.            What is the name of the computer assisted facilities
management system (product name) and which company is it purchased from?
QFM from SWG

4.            Provide brief information on the process in use at the NHS
Trust to manage reactive and planned maintenance work including how this
is recorded and scheduled.

               Managed by a Service Provider under the PFI Contract. All
Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks are logged upon and driven by the
CAFM system. Results and performance is reported via a structured
reporting regime.   

5.            Value of the current contract, date of commencement and date
of expiry. Commercially sensitive information

6.            Who is responsible for ensuring the computer assisted
facilities management system meets the NHS Trust’s requirements? The Hard
FM Service Provider and Progress Health as the SPV of the PFI Project

 

Stamford Hospital

 

1.            Does your NHS Trust use a computer assisted facilities
management system? Yes

2.            If no, are there ongoing plans to purchase a computer
assisted facilities management system in the future? N/A

3.            What is the name of the computer assisted facilities
management system (product name) and which company is it purchased from?
Planet FM Enterprise from Qube

4.            Provide brief information on the process in use at the NHS
Trust to manage reactive and planned maintenance work including how this
is recorded and scheduled. 

               All Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks are logged on
the Planet system, WOs currently printed and on completion all WO
information is then inputted by the helpdesk and reports run as and when
required.

5.            Value of the current contract, date of commencement and date
of expiry. Commercially sensitive information.

6.            Who is responsible for ensuring the computer assisted
facilities management system meets the NHS Trust’s requirements? Trust
Hard FM Manager
