Compulsory wifi use at Jobcentres?

We're waiting for Ian Wolf to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Is it compulsory to use wifi you offer at jobcentres, when asked by a coach to do, using a mobile phone number as a password or using one's mobile phone as a method or device to log onto the wifi? I don't like cookies or other tracking devices.

Who is your wifi services supplier?

Who has access to the phone numbers used to access the wifi and the urls visited?

Yours faithfully,
Ian
