Dear Mr Flynn
Thank you for your request for information.
We believe that the information you have requested falls under the
exemption for commercial interests at section 43 (2) of the Act, which is
subject to a public interest test.
The Freedom of Information Act (ss.10(3) and 17(2)) allows public
authorities to extend the period for responding to requests under the Act
if the information requested is subject to exemptions and longer is needed
to consider the public interest. I am writing to inform you that it will
be necessary to extend the time limit to respond to your request beyond 20
working days in this case. We expect to have made a decision on this
matter by 13 September, though if we are able to make a decision before
then, we will contact you sooner.
If you have any further questions relating to this matter, please contact
me, quoting the reference at the top of this letter.

Dear Mr Robinson,
I am writing to request an internal review of Greater London Authority's handling of my FOI request.
I requested "A list of all the schemes in the Borough of Southwark audited during the past 5 years, along with details of any non-compliance discovered."
In your response, you said that you don't hold the data because "our records of compliance audits during that period do not identify which boroughs the schemes are in."
Your claim that the GLA "does not hold the data" is incorrect; the data is clearly held but simply not sorted by borough. Southwark schemes can obviously be identified by their postcode areas and in order to assist you I have provided the following list of Southwark postcode areas:
SE1, SE5, SE15, SE16, SE17, SE21, SE22, SE24
Please review your response to my request and provide the information requested for all schemes audited in the above Southwark postcode areas.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Jerry Flynn
