Our response is as follows:

 

Can you provide me with a count of complaints made in regards to residents
of Kenilworth Gardens,  showing the count and dates these were made. 
Covering Noise disturbance,  covid breaches,  trees being cut,  and
parking complaints.

 

The Housing and Safer Communities Directorate advises:

 

Noise disturbance

1 x report of noise disturbance in Kenilworth Gardens.

Received in August 2020

Dog Barking – residential property.

 

There are no Covid related complaints on record.

 

 

The Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills advises:

 

21^st June 2017 - Increase in traffic

January 2018 – light not functioning

1^st July 2020 – Parking problems/rubbish around vehicles/increase in
antisocial behaviour

2^nd July 2020 – Using Kenilworth Gardens as an overflow for parking/cars
being dumped/cars parking dangerously
