Complaints of council taxo

Dear Hounslow Borough Council,
I would like all information of how many complaints you have had relating to council tax of those that are on benefits. And from compllaints via charities from their clients.
As you receive all the statistics of the charities.
I have already requested this information 6 weeks ago but refused to release this information.
I want to know why.?
