Dear Lothian Buses PLC,
The following request for information is made in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
I would like to know how many complaints were made to Lothian Buses between January 2009 and January 2010 (inclusive).
I would also like to know the substance of each complaint, ie, a breakdown of the number of complaints related to late busses, or driver conduct etc where this is possible.
