Information Act as we are not a public authority as outlined in Schedule 1
of the Act; however, we endeavour to respond to such requests within the

There is a telephone number available there to ring if you want to check
for historical findings against this barrister, but there is nothing
current.

Dear Bar Council,

Why would anyone want to ring you for historical findings which should instead be recorded against the barrister's entry on the BSB's web-site?

Besides you mislead the public by pointing to the said entries since the same have no relevance whether or not Marios Lambis is under investigation at the moment.

Yours sincerely,

C Nazareth
