In each of the last five academic years how many complaints have been made through the school's complaints procedure?

For each of the last five academic years, how many of these complaints were dealt with at stage A, how many were dealt with at stage B and how many proceeded to stage C?

For each complaint please provide information about what the complaint was about, for example "complaint about staff conduct" or "complaint about the governing body". Please also provide details about who made the complaint, for example parent, pupil, member of public, member of staff etc.

For each of the last five academic years please provide figures for how many complaints were investigated, how many were upheld or partly upheld etc.

For each of the last five academic years please provide numbers of how many complaints have been independently investigated and details of how much such investigations have cost.
