Sean Harrington,

Dear Mr Gannon,

Thank you for your email of 8 September 2017 in which you asked:

Please state the number of complaints received by the Royal Parks Agency
about the 'speed humps' installed on cycle routes in Hyde Park.

As most park visitors do not distinguish between Hyde Park and Kensington
Gardens, I am including figures for both parks in this reply.

There were 20 complaints about this in 2016, all about the newly installed
speed bumps on Mount Walk in Kensington Gardens (the East-West route from
West Carriage Drive to the Broad Walk), following which the bumps were
modified in March of this year. There have been two in 2017 to date.

I hope that this information satisfies your request.
