Compensation to Businesses due to Road works

Lisa Pardoe made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Scottish Water

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Scottish Water,

Within your governing legislation do you have a liability to your business customers to compensate them for losses during road works (street works) e.g. for any evidenced loss of profit that your business customer can evidence. Similar to the statutory liability English and Welsh Water Authorities have?

If so, how does a business seek a claim for such compensation from you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Lisa Pardoe
