Further to this I would like to request some information regarding the status of South Wales Police.

Under the FOI Act please provide me with the information requested below.

1: If SWP class themselves as a public service then why are they listed on the Dunn and Bradstreet website as a corporate entity and (for profit) private business?

2: As SWP are a private (for profit) company, please provide me with details of how SWP have the legal right to use enforce Acts and Statutes on members of the public.

3: Please provide me with details of who owns the private business 'South Wales Police'

4: If you insist that SWP are a public service. Please provide me with the evidence to confirm this to be true.
