I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) CPR WAIVER:
https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov....

The details I require, to understand the value for money achieved are:
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), broken down by invoices and credits from the start of the contract to the current date
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), broken down by invoices and credits for the financial year 2019/20
• Breakdown of the actual spend this contract/framework (and any sub lots), split between service costs and equipment costs for the financial year 2019/20
• Volume of equipment issued for the financial year 2019/20
• Volume of equipment issued broken down by the proportion of equipment issued for each type of aid (e.g. crutches, beds, seating) for the financial year 2019/20

I am contacting you regarding your request for information.

The Information Commissioners Office guidance states that in order for a request to be a valid request under the Freedom of Information Act it must contain the requesters name. Its states that 'Any variation of the requester’s title or first name combined with their surname (e.g. Mr Smith or John Smith) will be sufficient to meet this requirement. However, a first name or surname provided in isolation, or a set of initials, will not'.

You have not provided any aspect of your name therefore I must advise you that your request is not valid.
