Dear Anna Keech,

The subject of the request was communication "in the course of writing" the assessment. The request is therefore implicitly bounded by the beginning of the assessment process and the release of the final version of the assessment, whose dates will be known to the authority.

Since the answer to your question is implied in my original request this message does not constitute a clarification.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Bower

Keech Anna, Cambridgeshire County Council

Dear Mr Bower,

Due to the number of parties we need collate information from
and the amount of information, this is likely to likely to take longer
than 18 hours. However we would be able to provide communications for 12
months prior to the release of the final assessment. Would you be happy
to accept this?

Regards
Anna Keech

Dear Anna Keech,

That sounds like a lot of communication for an assessment.

In view of the effort involved I would be happy just to receive three months' worth of communication prior to the final assessment.

Please provide the information in a standard digital format for interchange, such as PDF.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Bower

Dear Mr Bower,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, the hard copy of the information is around 200 pages and
would therefore take a significant amount of time to scan.

The provisions of s.11 of the Freedom of Information Act require that we
provide the information in the requested format insofar as it is
reasonably practicable to do so, and in this case, it is our opinion
that scanning this amount of information would take an unreasonable
amount of time and would further delay this response.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a postal address so I
can send this information to you.

Kind regards,

Dear Mr Blackburn,

I would be happy to receive electronically only those parts which are available electronically.

May I collect the remainder (the hard copy) in person at the county council offices?

Dear Ms Keech,

Thank you for sending these files in response to my FOI request and for the documents I picked up from the county council offices yesterday.

I cannot find any communications with Ashwell directly so I assume that the communications with Mott MacDonald constitute the only correspondence with the developer in the three months prior to the report's release.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Bower

Keech Anna, Cambridgeshire County Council

Dear Mr Bower,

Yes you are correct, Atkins were not engaged with the project at that
time.
