17.2 fte Customer Support Officers covering face to face and phone
services, as well as email and additional processing duties
When is your contract renewal date? Anywhere 365 = Q2 2020

currently using? Skype for Business

including casual staff we currently have 695 employees.

not held in a recorded format

overarching contract
