Dear Post Office Limited,
In March 2015, Post Office terminated the contract of Second Sight, a company of independent forensic accountants tasked with investigating its Horizon IT system. They had been brought in as part of the Post Office’s mediation scheme with ex-Sub-postmasters which had been established at the behest of MPs.
Please can you disclose all communications between the Post Office and the Department for BIS from February 2015 in which reasons for their sacking Second Sight were given, as well Post Office’s reasons for ending the mediation scheme.
