Dear Southwark Borough Council,
This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please note that the request comes in several parts.
1) I would like to know the number of staff that are employed in the council’s communications department/team. Please provide a list of each member of staff’s position.
2) For each of the financial years 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17, and available data for 2017/18, please indicate the council’s communications budget.
3) I would like to know the number of staff that are employed in the council’s freedom of information department/team. Please provide a list of each member of staff’s position.
4) For each of the financial years 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17, and available data for 2017/18, please indicate the council’s budget on dealing with freedom of information requests.
I would like to receive the information electronically, in an Excel format. If you feel that a substantive response to this request is not possible within a reasonable time frame, or the request is too broad or too vague, I would be grateful if you could contact me and provide assistance as to how I could refine the request.
