Communication with UK Government on BBC funding
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I request full details of the communication that the BBC has had with the UK Government with regard to the following areas:
a) The submission made by the BBC to the UK Government outlining what it would like to deliver during the second half of the Charter period, namely 2022 to 2027. This should include the details of the licence fee increases requested by the BBC during that period.
b) The communication with the UK Government about the extension until April 2022 of the separate funding for the BBC World Service known as "World 2020". This should include the details of the level of funding and any changes to the original agreement.
