Communication with Haringey Council regarding the document 'Resident Engagement Code of Conduct'

The request was partially successful.

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Homes for Haringey,

I wish to make a Freedom of Information request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in regards to communication between (a) the department at Homes for Haringey (HfH) responsible for communicating and consulting with tenants and leaseholders and (b) Haringey Borough Council, between 1 January 2016 and 30 April 2018, regarding the document that HfH produced dated 24 November 2017 titled 'Resident Engagement Code of Conduct'.

To avoid any confusion, please note that I am not referring to the HfH document 'Code of Conduct for Residents' Meetings' dated April 2010.

In particular, I am requesting any and all such communications on record from the Council to HfH, and from HfH to the Council, in full, and dated if not otherwise obvious within the document itself.

Thank you for your time,

Yours faithfully,

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Mr Basid,

Thank you for your reply. Accessing the chain of emails via Whatdotheyknow.com, I do not see the colours that you describe, but when I expand the link just provided I see that you have referred me to the request that I made to Haringey Council for the same information.

Surely the fact that Haringey Council replied to the other request did not remove the legal obligation of Homes for Haringey to provide an answer?

You now have, so I accept that the matter is closed and thank H4H for any inconvenience.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Lindsay-Smith
