Common Purpose Training Programme Costs

Dear Edinburgh College,

Under freedom of information Scotland act 2002 please can you provide the following:

1. The total number of your employees who have participated in leadership training programmes delivered by Common Purpose UK, please detail the specific Common Purpose programmes they have participated in (including but not limited to MATRIX, Your Turn Programme, Focus, etc.) and the dates of those courses since 1997 until present date.

2) The total financial spend, year on year on Common Purpose programmes for staff and senior management in each year from 1997 until present date.

Dear Ms Pugh

 

As of 1 October 2012, Edinburgh’s Telford College, Jewel & Esk College and
Stevenson College merged to create a single college called Edinburgh
College.

 

We refer to your information request of 05 March and can confirm the
following:

 

1. The total number of your employees who have participated in leadership
training programmes delivered by Common Purpose UK, please detail the
specific Common Purpose programmes they have participated in (including
but not limited to MATRIX, Your Turn Programme, Focus, etc.) and the dates
of those courses since 1997 until present date. None.

 

2) The total financial spend, year on year on Common Purpose programmes
for staff and senior management in each year from 1997 until present date.

Please note, the information provided relates to Edinburgh College since
merger on 1 October 2012. We are unable to provide the requested data from
the legacy colleges without undertaking significant work. Where the cost
for collection and preparation of data exceeds £100, the College applies a
charge for responding to the request. Could you please confirm if you
would like the college to seek to undertake this work and we will provide
a costing.

 

Edinburgh College is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) 2002. If you are dissatisfied with this
response, you may ask the college to review this decision. To do this,
