Please supply me with a list of commercial premises under the following discription codes that are NOT receiving Retail Relief.
Rateable values £4500- £50000
Description codes:-
CR, CS, CL1, CR1,CS3
Please include the following information:-
A:Addresses including postcodes
B: The rateable value of each premises
C: The name of the rate payer or Ltd company/sole trader if non personal
D: The date the ratepayer became liable
