The details on how to make a complaint, to the MPTS, about a panellist are as follows:
Making a complaint about the services we provide
You can contact us by email, fax, in writing or by phone. Contact details can be found below.
Please tell us:
what you think has gone wrong;
why you are dissatisfied;
what you think we should do to put things right;
the names of our staff you have been dealing with, if you have them.
We will initially acknowledge receiving your complaint.
We aim to reply with a full response within ten working days, but if for any reason we need longer to look into it we will let you know.
If you remain dissatisfied we will ask a member of our senior management team to consider your complaint.
In the final stage of our complaints procedure we will ask our Corporate Complaints Manager to provide a response to you.
