Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the response to your request might be
delayed.  Many council officers have been redeployed to assist with the
council’s response.  We have a large number of shielded and vulnerable
residents who require support and assistance, and there are many other
actions Camden is undertaking to support and assist residents as part of
our role as a responsible and caring council.  Many services have been
affected as officers move to different roles.  There are also employees
who are unwell.   Therefore obtaining information to answer requests is
taking longer than usual.

You will receive a response and we will do our best to meet the deadline,
but it is possible the response may be late.  We apologise if this is the
case.  The ICO have issued guidance on this

You may have seen on social media that some councils are refusing to
accept requests at present or are blanket refusing them.  Camden Council
is not doing that.  We will do our very best to respond to as many
requests as quickly as we can.

Please bear with us.  Thank you, and stay safe.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Kordestani

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 24
April 2020 about coat of arms.

We need to ask you to clarify your request so we can deal with it.

Please can you clarify your request in light of:-

Do you mean the current Camden logo (but this is without a ‘coat of
arms’)?  The only current coat of arms used is the Mayor’s.

Please can you provide the clarification within 3 weeks of today – so by
09 June 2020.  You can email it to me at the email address above.  Please
quote the reference number above.

Once you have clarified your request, we will be able to process it.
However if you do not provide the clarification by the date requested your
request will lapse and we will close the case.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely
