I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I
received on 13 January 2020 for information about the following:

 

Under FOI, I am requesting the following information:

Copies of all correspondence between EIBSS Staff and The Cabinet Office
during the period November 12th 2019 - January 12th 2020, including any
attachments.

 

Response

 

I am writing to advise you that I have established that the information
you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

 

NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) administer the England Infected
Blood Support Scheme (EIBSS) on behalf of the Secretary of State for
Health as a directed service, NHSBSA are accountable to the Department of
Health and Social Care (DHSC).

 

NHSBSA administer the scheme and assist DHSC by informing their policy
decisions by providing data and insight about the scheme.

 

NHSBSA have not had any engagement with the Cabinet Office between the
dates in question. NHSBSA’s relationship is with Department of Health and
Social Care (DHSC) who would facilitate such contact, if so required.
