NHS Southwark Clinical Care Commission has informed me that you hold the information I’ve requested.

Please could you provide details for the following:

In what year did Southwark recognise and accept the rise of club drug addictions in Southwark? And what was done about it?
Please provide the total number of addicts to club drugs over the last five years and details of the club drugs substances.
How many deaths have been in recorded in Southwark due to the club drug GHB/GBL?
How many medical care providers working in Southwark have experience and knowledge working with club drug addicts?
What care and at what cost is given to Southwark residents living with club drug addictions?
Why was CDAT and Life Line replaced with CGL?
What is the treatment programme offered to Southwark residents living with club drugs addictions? How many residents have been given this programme, how many were successful and how many unsuccessful over the last five years?
What is the treatment programme for GBL/GHB addiction?
Why is the treatment programme offered to club drug addiction unsuccessful and why aren’t you commissioning the Club Drug Clinic to help Southwark residents addicted to club drugs?

What is the complaint procedure for CGL and how many complaints have been made since it began operating?
