Dear Liverpool City Council,

21st January 2021 according to Cllr Nick Small and several other fellow councilors we are told Cllr Ann O’Byrne, wants the Mayors job 2021.

The Liverpool council has a duty to do [due diligence] on her past record with Liverpool Chinatown project, in which she and others set up and cost this city tens of millions in losses, loss of local jobs, and getting the city of Liverpool a bad name world-wide.

1/ Will the LCC provide all records on Cllr Ann O’Byrne’s dealing with:
PHD1 & NPG Ltd in 2014/15

2/ Why did she take a cash gift of £1,800 from PHD1 in 2014 and why did it go to the Liverpool Labour Party?

3/ Where did this £1,800 end up?

4/ Why did PHD1 & NPG Ltd then sponsor a number of events in Liverpool, one being Baltic Creative CIC which involved [Erika Ruston Director of the Baltic creative company and Cllr Gary Millar who went to an art event with Mr. Peter McInnes.

5/ Please supply all past records on Cllr Ann O’Byrne and Nick Kavanagh’s involvement with the [Liverpool Market Company] as there has been mismanagement of missing funds [ cash] payments unaccounted for and why was Pam sacked?

6/ Please will the LCC up-date the press and the public on the case of [The Beautiful Ideas Company], which involved both Cllr Ann O’Byrne, Cllr Nick Small, Erika Rushton and the Flanagan group, has the LCC still not investigated this or called in the police?

7/ Has the LCC got a full record of all Cllr Ann O’Byrne’s e-mails from 2014/16 to the Mayor, [Joe Anderson] with regards to PHD1 and the awarding the £250 million contract to them / NPG Ltd and NCDC Ltd?

8/ Has the LCC got a full log/ record of her e-mails to the LCC and to the Mayor [Joe Anderson] with the matter of the [Coconut Grove] 2016 and the partnership with, NPG Ltd and the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, and the red outdoor banner, that Liverpool echo reporter [Tom Duffy] exposed did Cllr O’Byrne explain her role in this to “Tom Duffy” yet?

9/ Would the LCC [ Liverpool Council] have any objections then to members of the public and inside whistle-blowers passing these e-mails to the press in London and to put out online [the internet] as so the ratepayers in Liverpool can see just what Cllr Ann O’Byrne with her group has been up to?

Yours faithfully,
Mrs. Cole
