Cleveland Farm Ashton Keynes SSSI Designation

The request was successful.

Dear Natural England,

In your latest notification to designate areas of the Cotswold Water Park as SSSI you have designated part of the Cleveland Farm former quarry site as SSSI and part not SSSI.
In E Mail communication with Natural England ( Peter Holmes ) it has not been clear why the site has been allocated different designations.

Please could I request you publish any E Mails and meeting minutes relating to Cleveland Farm, Ashton Keynes site since 2017 including any E Mails received or sent to the CWP Trust ( Cotswold Water Park Trust )

Yours faithfully,

Simon Jefferson

Dear Mr Jefferson

Environmental Information Regulations 2004 – Extension of time – RFI 5428

I am writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your
request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations,
which we received on 08 February 2021, needs to be extended.
The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from
the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend
the 20 working day time limit for issuing a response. In this case, I
regret that we must extend the time limit for responding by 20 days to 08
April 2021, although we hope to reply sooner.
If you have any queries about this email, please contact me.
Yours sincerely
Kate

Dear SM-NE-FOI (NE),

I am very disappointed - this was a simple request and it is important as this relates to an ongoing consultation and delaying this information will have an impact on the time to respond.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Jefferson
