We acknowledge receipt of your email dated 10 August 2020 under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“The Act”).

 

You have requested a copy of the general alignment drawings of the class
3000 rolling stock, showing the measurements and bogies for the trains.

 

Please be advised, the Act allows us up to 20 working days (excluding any
UK statutory holidays) to process a valid request for information. We may,
however, need to contact you if we require any clarifications on your
request. If no clarifications are required, you should expect to receive a
response on or before 07 September 2020.

 

We must also inform you, that while we will make every effort to respond
to your request within the legislative timeframe, there may be a delay, as
a result of the current situation with COVID-19 and our organisational
resources being diverted to work on other high priority areas at this
time. If this situation arises, we kindly ask for your understanding
