Clarity of Clean Air Zone PCN Form - Number of Complaints

We're waiting for David Wayman to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Birmingham City Council,
The PCN notification for failure to pay for Clean Air Zone does not give a clear warning that if you challenge the PCN the opportunity to pay the reduced £60 is removed (fine is doubled to £120 if challenge is rejected). In effect penalising a person's right to challenge the PCN.

How many complaints have been made to Birmingham City Council about the above matter please?

Yours faithfully,

D
