Dear Bristol City Council,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act I would like to make a Freedom of Information Request for the following:

Could you please clarify Bristol City Council’s 2010/11 basic spot contract bed prices / payment rates that are paid to independent sector providers for:

Residential Care
* Elderly
* EMI

Nursing Care
* Elderly
* EMI

Alongside this can you please provide a breakdown of how these rates are arrived at and a copy of your methodology.
