I'm not sure if Andy's spoken to you about this but we're planning to launch a new FOI campaign targeting the Midlands and North London NHS organisations (I've attached a list of these organisations). Please could you do the following steps:

- Set up a new anonymous gmail address to use on Whatdotheyknow (please let me know what this email address is)

- Send out an initial 10 Requests from the list of NHS organisations (please pick 10 random ones, rather starting at the top & working down)

- The title of the FOI should be:
Civica Paris Product

- The questions are:

1. Has this Trust ever deployed the Civica Paris product?

If the answer is "no", please go to question 4

2. If you answered "yes", then please choose the applicable option(s):

a) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris & it is still in use. We have no plans to replace it

b) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris & it is still in use. We may replace it in the next five years

c) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we are now in the process of decommissioning it

d) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we are planning to decommission it in the next five years

e) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we have since decommissioned it (please specify date)

f) Any other response not covered by the above options

3. If you answered "yes", who is the person who is responsible for the management of data associated with Civica Paris, including any residual and legacy data
