City of London’s Remembrancer

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. My request relates to the City of London’s Remembrancer, Paul Double. I understand that the Remembrancer has contact with officials in Government departments dealing with Parliamentary Bills, as well as other engagements.

I would like to request the following information:

(1) From 1st October 2019 to the current day, please provide all external electronic correspondence and communications between this public authority and the Remembrancer. Please direct this request to officials who are most likely to communicate with the Remembrancer.

(2) From 1st October 2019 to the current day, please provide all internal electronic correspondence and communications held by this public authority that mentions either the Remembrancer and/or Paul Double. Please direct this request to officials who are most likely to communicate with the Remembrancer.

I would like to receive the information electronically. If you feel that a substantive response to this request is not possible within a reasonable time frame, or the request is too broad or too vague, I would be grateful if you could contact me and provide assistance as to how I could refine the request.
