CIL demands and payments

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I'm seeking information on Community Infrastructure Levy notices and payments comparable to the following data set published by the London Borough of Camden: https://data.gov.uk/dataset/community-in...

For each Community Infrastructure Levy demand notice issued since the introduction of the scheme, please provide at least the following information:

1. The reference number for the planning application to which the demand relates
2. The date on which the demand was issued
3. The amount demanded (£)
4. The amount so far received (£)
5. The date on which the most recent payment was received

If this information is kept in a spreadsheet or database with additional columns, please feel free to provide a raw exported version rather than extracting the specific columns above. In any case, please provide the information as an XLS or CSV spreadsheet.

The data provided is the Demand Notices issued, with the Total CIL billed
amount which may be made up in parts of both the Mayor of London’s and
Richmond Upon Thames Council’s CIL.  Please find it attached.
