4. Health Record for looked after children

Bradford City Council have written to WhatDoTheyKnow claiming they don't hold the released documents any more so can't provide a replacement response.

In an unexpected twist the council wrote to us on the 22nd of September 2019, this time to say:

"The forms which where released as part of the FOI request on your website in 2017, should not have been released and are exempted under s43 of the FOI Act. The Council breached the terms of the licence agreement contract with CoramBAAF. It was CoramBAAF who informed us to have them removed when they became aware of them on your website on 2nd July 2019.

These forms are the property of CoramBAAF and are only available through a licence agreement and does not permit these forms to be made available on a public website. Therefore these forms can not be published on your website."

Previously the only concerns raised related to an apparent personal data breach (which we have reported to the Information Commissioner).

We at WhatDoTheyKnow.com will take our own decisions on what to publish, having considered the risks, and what we consider the right thing to do to be.
