Bristol City Council has Five Children’s Residential Homes.   

 1. Bishopthorpe Road
 2. Briar Way
 3. Silbury Road
 4. Tarnock Avenue
 5. Witch Hazel Road

We also have two children’s homes that provide short breaks:- 
The Bush
New Belbrook
 
With regards to agency spend.  Please see below:-

Children’s Centre’s are encouraged to use agency staff only as a last
resort,and when they need to maintain compliance with statutory
guidance.  We are able to evidence that use of agency staff is
reducing.
